LARGE ROWING OARS – this pair of large oars, 3210 mm [10’6”] in length, have an indeterminate provenance but were known to have hung in the Ferry Inn in Salcombe South Devon, until refurbishment of the pub in the late 1970’s, and  may be decorative or perhaps may have come from an early Salcombe lifeboat or the ferry crossing the estuary to East Portlemouth, net weight 7.0Kg
