CAST ALUMINIUM SCULPTURE, in two parts, by the renowned abstract Suffolk Sculptor Jonathan Clarke, signed and numbered 8044, an early work produced when the sculpture was in his early 20’s, representing an outer shell and a kernel or nut, height 130 mm, this heavy solid aluminium sculpture is an exciting collector’s item or display piece or interior feature.
 
Jonathan Clarke was born in 1961 and was tutored by his well-known father the Royal Academician Geoffrey Clarke, and at the early age of 12 his work was exhibited in the Victoria and Albert Museum ‘Craftsman’s Art Exhibition 1973’ with his first major exhibition following in 1983, Since then he has enjoyed countless commissions and his work has been featured  in many countrywide exhibitions and galleries.
